Very Easy LL..it is all about creating a very smart governance structure
that is inclusive of all. The ego needs to take a sidestep all energies,
character, persausion and culture needs to be respected.

Unlike the shambles of leadership and governance , which has been
non-existant largely over the past 40 years. We need to do a classic
"Permaculture Design Exercise" and build models of cooperatives and
commons. ..and open up all avenues of communication. What you can do here
online is a huge step in such a direction.

I may re-ignite my interest in offering a Design Wkshp at IPC13 in India
