I've never understood this whole importing fancy honey from New Zealand
thing, and have often wondered how much the amazing benefits of manuka
honey are the same as normal honey with a dash of marketing budget.... Of
course, it's probably better than GMO-rapeseed honey, but I'm sure there
are plenty of neat medicinal compounds that end up in a good wildflower
honey, too.
