John did not know that he made a mistake, i.e. clicked on the wrong button.
Of course he can say so now. The point is whether he does or not you should
apply his $80 payment to either the d/l dvd set or the one on physical
dvd's or give him a full refund.
As I said this is SOP in today's business world, especially that which is
conducted online. I am speaking from experience.
Giving house credit or full refund is nearly always done with legitimate
purchases.
