Are list members able to point me towards people who have experience in in
South Africa in the use of Vetiver Grass (Chrysopogon zizanioides) to
minimise or correct soil erosion?

I am particularly interested in its use to control slippage on steep
building sites, as opposed to agricultural land - i.e.: in areas where
there is an imperative to comply with building industry standards.

Thanks in anticipation,
Chris Wardle.

I was the one who posted to Permies.com about the Open Source Permaculture
project, and I apologize. I don't think Paul has any connection.

I did some digging around beforehand, and it didn't look like a scam,
but... maybe it's a case of good intentions not being enough. I'm now very
careful to only help promote projects where the project leaders have a
clear, visible track record.
