Does anyone have information on the toxicity of high quality interior hardwood plywood.

I have been told that the glue is: "urea formaldahyde"

Does this stuff break down reasonably quickly when in sawdust intented to be used for composting?

I would not use it for compost intended for food gardens, only for landscaping.
