Did anyone check our wiki before it went down? Or invite contributors to
join the piw list? Did anyone read the message Jennifer posted (below)?

Would certainly be relevant now...

peace

Thanks for getting back to me. I checked out the website and edited the
wiki section on the Plant Database Wish List (adding a section for user
functionality and multimedia features). My section's here (first time
I've played on a wiki):
http://www.ibiblio.org/ecolandtech/pcwiki/index.php/PlantDatabaseWishLis
t?action=edit

Good luck with your grant proposal. I'm sure we'll be in touch.

Jennifer

Thank you for the interest, Jennifer!

I would Love to chat with you. For now, I am attaching a short
description of the project, and you may also visit our website (still
very preliminary) at http://www.permaculture.info/ or join our listserv
at http://lists.ibiblio.org/mailman/listinfo/pcplantdb. (Just to warn
you: this listserv is pretty technical and quite high-traffic, mainly
for
communication between the core members of the project - however, we will

soon be initiating a more general listserv for public participation.)

This week is very busy for me (I'm finishing a grant proposal for this
project, actually), but feel free to give me a call next week at (415)
871-5683.

Thank you, and I look forward to being in touch.

Sincerely,
*Stephanie

Hello Stephanie, Jim Fournier, who I met at the Planetworks conference,
tells me you're heading up a permaculture project to create a database
of plant guilds. I'm very interested in this. Can you tell me more about
it?

Thank you,
Jennifer Wensel
