have you seen the New German medicine stuff?
or perhaps it was you that provided it (I'm thinking it was)
anyway, the point is that what western medicine tends to see as a disease symptom is often just the end product of the body dealing with something...
and clearing it away...
food for thought...
cleansing is hard work and can be challenging at times.

I would only take iodine supplements on doctor's orders.

Kelp probably contains a lots of iodine. I was adding powdered kelp
regularly to food and after a while notice a case of pimples on my face.
Stopped the kelp, pimples went way. I think there is some endocrine
connection with it, which causes pimples.

Getting most of your nutrition from food is the best way always; this
is why you need to grow your own.
