John, Some bee food for thought. Though ea market is different there are still bylaws Each vendor must comply with. At the carrboro the actual farmer must be present to sell...no reselling others items. Also each individual will have to be inspected & approved. So dig in with the board their. There are other issues with non traditional vendors like voting & seniority. Then each person has to provide approved labels & info. Not so hard, but a process. All things to consider moving forward. If you do proceed most folks around here its a limited product. Not appearing til june or july. FYI it goes super fast in fall & holiday markets so maybe you can wait til then and sell at the prime time. Oh...then there are "stall" fees each market. Who would be responsible ea week? A question for those selling Good luck Marty Sent from my iPhone
