I doubt there would be a direct impact to bees. Mosquito traps usually use propane or some other means of generating CO2 which attracts mosquitos and any other blood suckers. So you should thank your neighbor for hosting the mosquito party while you and your bees bathe in nectar-coated bliss.

My next door neighbor recently reported that they have a Koolatron Mosquito Trap set up in their front yard. I am concerned about the bee and hives in my other neighbors yard. Their houses are across the street from each other. Is this a concern?
(I’m wondering how this trap can differentiate among flying creatures).
