So I am a relatively new beekeeper: took the course last year, passed the test and have just successfully gotten a hive through the winter.  Should I request an inspection at this point? Am I a 'master" now (and I use the term with extreme irony!)?

I really would like someone with wisdom/experience to come take a look and advise me on next steps. I live on Whitfield, if anyone has tie in the next few weeks.

Also, something knocked my hive over a few nights ago. I've set it all back to rights but was stung multiple times and had quite a bit of swelling in my arms. A few days later I went back in to make sure all was well and this time received multiple stings right through my (heavy) jeans.  I had a full systemic reaction this time, itching, hives, lots of heat. Any thoughts or suggestions?? I've never had allergic reaction before but am wondering if I am actually developing an allergy. I could use some wisdom on several fronts here!
