You could get the goatskin from Bandodos' and make you own. If they don't have it , there will be more so make a reservation and order some cabrito at the same time. Tanning a hide is easy but it might have to be chewed for several days to soften it. I don't know about making the gloves, but a shoe repair or saddle shop should be able to help.
