I buzz the cucumber in the blender. And then mix in cream cheese, mayo,
some hot pepper or tabasco and chopped onion. Or you could try it in a food
processor, cucumbers first and see how that works

In summer I grate the cucumber into fine shreds and squeeze out as much
liquid as I can. Maybe 3 or 4 cucumbers to a half pound of cream cheese.
Maybe 1/4 cup mayo. Watch the mayo, with so much cucumber it can get
sloppy. Hot pepper, chopped onion.

Most Benedictine recipes I have seen use a little bit of juice and no
cucumber. I like cucumber so I have reversed things.
