I'm not commerical but have 20-25 kaki, mostly 'Jiro', 'Fuyu'
and 'sports' thereof. I use 3 or 4 ounces of Epsom salts
around each tree and have to thin after normal fruit drop.

diospyros kaki seem prone to fruit drop.

Pollinating can reduce fruit drop, but since seedless fruit is more desireable...how do commercial growers of seedless persimmons minimize the "fruit drop" problem?
