I had seen in TV :they cut branches at ground,while normal pruning and see
carefuly,if cuted branch is bored.They count bored and not bored,as reasult
is: when bored are half of amount or more cuted branches, they destroy black
curants plantage.Probably burn it.
I dont know if this is best way,it shows something usefull I hope.
