Slim to no hickory nuts here this year.  Bumper crop last year.
I'll second Sam's recommendation to check EBay.
Had a friend here in the neighborhood who sold a couple hundred pounds of run-of-the-mill native shagbark nuts on EBay last year. 

Don't know what the crop was like in PA, but these folks are a possibility:

John H. Gordon, Jr., in Amherst, NY sells stratified seednuts of some hickory cultivars, may have nuts available.

Cliff England has, in the past, sold hickory nuts, but I suspect he had a minimal or nonexistent crop, like most other KY growers.  http://www.nuttrees.net.
