Sources:  There are embroidery companies that advertise logo wear and clothing companies that advertise “company specialties”.  These vary from LL Bean (Red Cross) to Land’s End Corporate, to distributors like Gall’s.  There are many small shops that do their own work in New England.  You send them a JPG file and they send you back a patch run.  Some have no set up fees if you do it online and buy 50 or more.  If you afford it buy lots, they get real cheap after 100 usually. Then use the patch design for your logo, letterhead, ID cards, etc. and cut the costs even more. Try to keep it to one or two colors on a cloth background.

Vests are up in price due to recent changes in design by federal regulation.  First, hunter orange, safety orange, international orange, Omaha Orange are still available. The rule for highways is to wear a contrasting color so among all the orange and white barricades slime green stands out.  In the woods orange stands out and may be required by law in hunting areas.  The new vests have Velcro break a ways to protect flagmen from getting caught on cars which may also be a good idea for riders.

Any safety products supplier will have stocks and can usually arrange for silk screening, since large customers often want company names stenciled on.

Alternatively, get a stencil made and a can of spray paint.  Sew the patch on yourself.  Unless you have a uniform supplier who will do it for free if you supply the patches.

Wearing a helmet protects your head but a white helmet in deer country can be problematic.. Invest in reflective tape—the white and red stuff for trailers is cheap and wrap the bottom of the white plastic shell and maybe the crown.  You can buy reflective labels from fire gear suppliers or have some made.
