Hi,

I'm with the sheriff's posse mounted search and rescue in pima county AZ . if we go on a rescue mission and the object die or injured from the horse, or was any kind of negligent from us, are we expose to a law suite on a personal level; even if we covered by the sheriff's insurance?

Hi, I think we need some more information so we can all share what we know. It would be nice to know who you are. :-)  And then- what state and county are you in? What kind of "something wrong" are you talking about? In what way are you attached to the Sheriff's Department?

Lots of variables but I"m sure we'll have some advice for you!

is anyone know what are the liability of a board members in a sheriff's posse  search and rescue? I know we covered under the sheriff dep insurance policy, but if something go wrong in a search and rescue operation, can someone come after the board members personally? Thanks

Have an Amazing  Day.
