The problem with a live feed for a UAV is 2 part

1 - Bandwidth/Weight
To have enough bandwidth to stream a live feed you need
batteries, and lots of them

2 - Range
A live feed would need a radio feed back to the monitor
Lets say you use a wireless webcam, Range 200 yards max no trees

"Air Drone" sounds like some kind of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
Possibly it is being used real-time, without any recording. That would
lower the risk of objections to its use on the grounds protecting privacy.
