I used to buy (horse) feed oats for cover crops, but switched to organic oats after noticing canola plants sprouting in the feed oat fields. I suspect the canola is GMO, and they set seed very quickly. After a season of wading through fields pulling canola, I decided the organic oats were worth the price. I don't want to be growing GMOs, and I bet my neighboring seed growers don't want GMOs either.
