Most of the dogs that come to market seem to be fine and cause no problems.  Of course its the owners that really create problems when there are problems with dogs as they know their dogs behavior.  We have an occasional vendor who is usually a customer that has a dog that simply does NOT get along with other dogs yet she insists on bringing the dog to market whenever she comes which inevitably results in some sort of canine conflict.  As usual the exception to the rule ends up making the rule and eventually something will happen to make dogs not welcome to the market which is a shame considering the vast majority of dogs that come the the market cause absolutley NO problems.  The fact is that some people are idiots and somehow everybody suffers because some idiots are bound to create problems eventually
