You are correct it is  Mirai.
 
Not sure what the soil temp was.  it was set out the first week of May and I think there was a frost afterward.  Yes I am not concerned as much about soil temp because the plants germinated in the greenhouse.

Is that really Mira, or Mirai?  (notice the trailing "i")

Do you transplant only when the soil achieve a specific temperature, or
can you transplant on soil cooler than 55F (as the seeds where
germinated inside)?
