Thanks to all for the suggestions! I haven't tried many due the the
hassle of tracking down products; I do intend to get into the auto
parts store to at least read the label on their products. I also plan
to get into a pharmacy to see what they have.

I have been using a small amount (maybe 1/4 teaspoon) of olive oil
rubbed into my hands before a cutting session. I would have thought
that that would make things too slippery, but it doesn't. Afterwards, I
first clean with mechanic's type cleaner (like Gojo), and then with bar
soap. That procedure is a great improvement over just washing with bar
soap.

I continue to do 10-15 pounds a day; I think I've done about 300 lb, so
far; maybe 30 lb of dry pepper. I eagerly anticipate our first freeze,
which will put a stop to this madness.

I have these peppers posted for sale on my website. My spiel could use
some goosing up. Suggestions solicited.
