Title: RE: [market-farming] perforated plastic bags for salad mix
I second the suggestion of cellulose bags - they breath a bit, and so don't need the little holes.  I use Pak Sel http://www.cellobag.com/Company.htm .  They have bags with gussets that are perfect for packaging greens.

cellulose bags are great. They break down easier also, plus with the added advantage of keeping the greens lasting longer.

Hello.
I am looking for perforated (small holes rather than large vents) for my
salad mix. I will be selling at a farmer's market and do not have a
spin-dryer and do not want my mix to smoosh and wilt, wet in straight
plastic. Anyone know of any suppliers? I am having trouble locating any.
Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.
