We have a wine grape cold hardiness trial at our research center in St
Charles, IL. Your location probably suffers somewhat colder extremes in the
winter, which is probably going to determine which varieties you can grow
more than anything else. Valiant and Marachel Foch are two wine grape
varieties that should do well for you. Anything else is too speculative.
