Hey folks,

Just got confirmation that the telco industry's bill, H.129, will be heard in Finance Thursday morning at 8:30 AM. Once again, if you can attend please wear RED to show your opposition. Signs will also be available to make your opinion known.

Thanks to everyone who have made calls! Word has gotten back that your calls have been creating a stir. PLEASE KEEP IT UP!! Make a few more calls between now and Wednesday night and let your representatives know to VOTE NO ON H. 129!

I need some help with this one as I'm currently disillusioned with any

municipalities follow the same requirements as private vendors" wording
really mean "unfairly keep municipalities from building their own network"?
