Software to manage contributions, memberships, volunteers, events and
more, called Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a
hot topic. Two of the current favorites are Salesforce and CiviCRM.

Trish Perkins, a VISTA volunteer with Faith Action International House,
a human rights and advocacy organization in Greensboro, will show what
she's discovered about the very powerful tool Salesforce, Tuesday March
17, Wake West Regional Library, 4000 Louis Stephens Rd, Cary,
919-463-8500. A presentation on CiviCRM is planned for later in the
year, so you'll be able to compare the two.

Pizza (sponsored by NTEN & RTPNet) and socializing starting at 6:30,
program at 7:00. Donations are welcome but not required. Please RSVP at
http://www.meetup.com/TriangleNetTuesday/calendar/9722199/ .

We look forward to seeing you there!
