ahh but that doesn't make you a capitalist in the language of the american
political system. Since the market cannot itself work out the
"externalities" they must be internalized in the form of the dreaded "use
tax" which in the lingo of american politics is "government intervention and
regulation" which is thus tantamount to socialism and thus..."why do you hate
america". Sorry, i'm in a hotel in atlanta and my remote is broken so i've
been watching fox news again. Phil can explain to us how letting the earth
melt is better than suppressing the liberty of greenhouse gas emitters and
forrest slash and burn farmers. (scientifically speaking, you can buy more
than a few hummers if we reverse deforestation)
