Now, I took the survey, but I find it highly ironic that an organization called
"The Privacy Place" would send out an e-mail that included a linked image
that allows them to track who opens their e-mail message (unless, of
course you use a sane e-mail program that doesn't automatically load
linked images).  I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and
think this was just an oversight, but Calvin, could you please comment
on that.  Thanks.

Cheers,
Tanner

Howdy,

As some of you may know, I'm on the board of directors for a research group at NCSU called The Privacy Place. They do various projects to help end users and companies take better care of personal information. You can find out more about them at http://www.ThePrivacyPlace.org/ if you want.

They are conducting a survey which I would encourage everyone to takea few minutes to take. And note there's a chance to win a $50.00 amazon.com gift certificate.

The URL for the survey is http://survey.theprivacyplace.org
