My advice to the Senior Graphic Designer looking to
relocate from California would be to find a job before
relocating to the area. I work as an Art Director in
Cary and I've also worked on the west coast. The
market here is much smaller and it's difficult to find
a senior position in the graphic design industry.
I would also suggest contacting local design agencies
for possible contract work.
I wish you luck.
