if there were a magic button on my keyboard that sent flaming 30,000 volt cattle
prods up the rectums of these people, then that key woulda needed replacin' by
now.

Well since this is NC law:

"Legislation approved in June 1999 makes it illegal to send unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail containing falsified routing
information, if the sender thereby violates a provider's policies. The law applies to e-mail sent into or within the state."

What can be done that won't cost a fortune we don't have? ANyone?
