SOmewhere I have this killer recipie for thai custard in pumpkin. But
not on me.

One of the secrets I've picked up trying to cook Thai is that you
*MUST* use fresh or frozen peppers when possible. Dried just doesn't
pack the same flavor.

Good fish sauce is a must. Go to an oriental grocery, and get the Thai
stuff. The Korean is also acceptable *grin*.

I'll pass some other stuff along off-list - mostly because (a) I don't
have my books with me, and (b) I don't want to spam the list with lots
and lots of stuff. *grin*
