If you'd prefer not to waste your time opting out, just add a line to
your hosts file, a la:

x10.com CNAME
127.0.0.1

Of course, that doesn't stop the popunders, but it does stop the actual
ads. Works wonders.

I'm really close to switching to Mozilla, because of its support for
blocking new windows not spawned by the user.
