today's freetds-current.tgz contains freetds-0.83.dev.20100819,
so this is fixed, thanks.

the build spews many warnings that could be silenced by defining
_CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS, it would be nice if you could add that
to the dsw/dsp files (wherever it belongs).
