dblib (which provide dbinfo, dblogin, etc) compile under windows without
problem however as you noted there is no project file for 0.63. A
project file is included in upcoming version (0.64). You can find a rc
version at
http://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/ALPHA/freetds/stable/release_candidates/.
