Update, Thanks Freddy and others for the help with FreeTDS in the past couple
weeks. I have finally finished my setup and have successfully connected to
the MSSQL server and pulled data from my test table. :)

Curious if someone could answer a ADODB syntax question for me in regards to
querying my MS SQL Table.

My table is this:
(only 1 record)

id fname lname addr1 addr2 city
state zip
1 Chris Hettinger 1000th St. Des Moines Iowa
55555

Below is my simple test script:

//
// Select data
//
$sql = "SELECT * FROM chettinger.test_users";
$rsData = $db->Execute($sql);

if(!$rsData){
print "<p>Query Failed.";
}else{
print "<p>Success.<p>";
?>
Fname: <?= $rsData->fields('1'); ?><br> <-- works
Lname: <?= $rsData->fields['2']; ?><br> <-- works
Addr1: <?= $rsData->fields('addr1'); ?><br> <-- doesn't work
Addr2: <?= $rsData->fields['addr2']; ?><br> <-- doesn't work
City: <?= $rsData->fields('city'); ?><br>
State: <?= $rsData->fields('state'); ?><br>
Zip: <?= $rsData->fields('zip'); ?><br>
<p>
<?
}

My question is about the display of the results... when I have worked with
MySQL I was used to using the field name to reference the result data to
display, in this test I can not to do this, I can only get the data if I use
the array pointer. I tried the braket and the paren based on another
developers recommendation, but it made no difference.

Any one have any thoughts or experience with this?
Could this be an issue with how the DB driver works when pulling the result
set?
