Does anyone actually read this mailing list, or is it write-only? :-)

The solution to this problem has been discussed many times in the past few
weeks, including once earlier today.

Cheers,

I was getting the same thing w/ FreeTDS 0.53 (under HPUX 11.11).

After reading thru the mailing list archives and seeing a similar problem, I
pulled down FreeTDS 0.60 and rebuilt. I then rebuilt/installed DBD:Sybase
0.95 against 0.60. I have attempted to redirect everything against the new
FreeTDS (for example, renamed the 0.53 dir in case something I missed is
lurking).

I'm still getting:

./test_DBI.pl
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: cs_ctx_global (code) from
/opt/local/apps/perl5.8/lib/site_perl/5.8.0/PA-RISC2.0/auto/DBD/Sybase/Sybas
e.sl
IOT trap (core dumped)

nm
/opt/local/apps/perl5.8/lib/site_perl/5.8.0/PA-RISC2.0/auto/DBD/Sybase/Sybas
e.sl | grep ctx
U cs_ctx_global
U cs_ctx_global

I must still have something out of sync somewhere, but I haven't pinned it
down, yet. I thought 0.60 FTDS would take care of this, but it didn't (so
far). I'll keep looking to see where I've overlooked the obvious. My
problem seems to be similar to what the Solaris folks were having.

thanks,
Jerry
