I am working on a book that's tentatively titled The Event That Created Christianity, which presents a case, based entirely upon primary sources, especially Galatians, to the effect that Christianity did not begin soon after the Resurrection, nor with any involvement of Jesus, but rather at around 50 CE, following a disupte that Paul had with the actual Jesus-apostles, who were led by James; Paul's followers wrote the NT. If you'd like to see the opening chapters, I shall be happy to e-mail them to you in e-mail format (not as an attachment), and will be pleased to learn your thoughts about the issues the book raises and about the approach I am taking to those issues.
