Dear Sylvia,

The launch is not of UK licences, but of licences for England and Wales.
There are three distinct legal jurisdictions in the UK and any given
licence has to be jurisdiction-specific. It is hard to find out about the
English/Welsh licences, which have not been published although I am sure
they are very good, but I can say as joint project leader with Hector
MacQueen that the current draft of the Scottish licenses can be reached at
http://www.jonathanmitchell.info/informationlaw.html . It is the project
intention to go live in the next few weeks, with a view to a speedy release.

I would be very happy to deal with further inquiries- please give me a ring
if you like at 0773 963 9343- I'm free until 1245 and possibly after lunch.
Best wishes

Jonathan
