'kr' is the country code for Korea, not 'ko'. Anyway, the license URL
is the most important information to include. Maybe

ⓒ James WY. Lee http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/kr/

though if space is highly constrained (printed on USB key, low res
video, tiny paper artifact...) something like the forms you propose
should be ok. As the licensor you can do whatever you want. Another
idea would be

(cc) James WY. Lee (by-sa/2.0/kr)

Just remember that the license stipulates that licensees must keep
intact your copyright notice, so make sure the one you provide is what
you want [re]users to publish.

IANAL, etc.
