since i have been working for the copyright tag for inmedia's new CMS, initial we translate as such:

attributive: 引用出處 (some time the attribution is not a 'name', so i use the common terms in essay writing for quoting the source)
non-commercial: 非商業性
share alike: 以相同方式分享
non-derivative: 禁止洐生

Hi Ben and Hei-Ching,

No Derivative
First phrase that comes to mind is 改編, it is the most natural and
easily understand phrase, but that would be an equivalent to
'Adaptation', which is restricted for 'literary dramatic or musical
work(s)'.
so I'd like to suggest a slightly longer translation-
禁止衍生創作

Cheers,
Sam
