The existing code is in the rdfa branch of our semanticmediawiki git
mirror
(http://code.creativecommons.org/viewgit/mw-ext/semanticmediawiki.git/commit/?h=rdfa
for a web view). You can find checkout instructions at
http://code.creativecommons.org/

Note that this was branched almost two years ago, so
a merge would be challenging. Additionally, I think that the SMW
internals have changed somewhat since then, which may eliminate the
need for some of the contortions David had to go through.
