PnPdump found the NIC without problems! But when executing isapnp, i got
the following output:

-----------
/proc/bus/pci/devices not found, so PCI resource conflict not checked
Board 1 has Identity 9d 3a fd 52 05 01 22 05 07: AXE2201 Serial No 989680133
[checksum 9d]
/etc/isapnp.conf:44 -- Fatal - resource conflict allocating 32 bytes of IO at
240 (see /etc/isapnp.conf)
/etc/isapnp.conf:44 -- Fatal - Error occurred executing request '<IORESCHECK>
' --- further action aborted
-----------

(Computer doesn't have PCI bus, so first line was expected.) So, that
means that i have some I/O conflict.

According to ISAPNPTOOLS FAQ, the NIC may conflict with sound card,
which, i guess, isn't PnP. I will try taking it out later.

Maybe isapnp.conf could give some hints:

Is there anything that could be altered in this isapnp.conf file?
