The first letter in the first line is a resh.
The second is (probably) an odd-shaped `ayin.
The third is a yod.
The fourth is a beth.
The fifth is a resh.
The sixth is a kaph.

The first letter in the second line is a yod.
The second is a he (with the vertical stroke centrally positioned, not on
the right).
The third is a waw.
The fourth is probably a he (or maybe another waw?).
The fifth is a yod.

So you have:

R( YBRK[K]
YHWH Y[ ]

Hope this helps,
Giuseppe
