The first person parts of Deuteronomy are in long sections of direct speech, clearly introduced as such. There is direct speech in the first person in every Bible book.

How about Proverbs 30, and 31:1-9? These can of course be understood as direct speech introduced in v.1 of each chapter, but in that case so can all the psalms with titles. And there are some first persons in Lamentations not obviously in direct speech, e.g. 2:11, 3:1, all chapter 5.
