I've only dried native persimmons, and found that
while it is very difficult to remove the seeds from the fresh fruit, they pop
out very easily from dried fruit. I learned just to squash the fruit and
then pop the seeds out of each one before eating it. Cutting
down the nearest male tree can reduce the number of seeds.... though if it's the
ONLY male in the area that could create another problem....
