Hey, I like that. I wasn't really happy with my idea of red food coloring and I was only about half serious. Blending the hawthorn juice with another fruit to come up with a nice color is much better. Also, giving the product a name that hides the fact that it is hawthorn jelly is a little underhanded too. Calling it current and hawthorn jelly might take the edge off the name. Perhaps making very little pure hawthorn jelly (unless/until it is discovered by the local customers) and using most of the hawthorn juice in a blend might be a solution.
