Hey, maybe the Hawthorn name isn't really the problem. Maybe it's the color. Maybe you should put in some red food coloring. People love red. Put some "Red Hawthorn" jelly right next to your original "Hawthorn" jelly. If the red kind sells out, that will tell you.
