Stanza is
available from at least one retail nursery, but two cultivars that I
especially like because they are incredibly productive are the British-developed
'Redstart' and the Dutch-developed 'Rovada'. Both ripen late for a red
currant. -- Sam

Following on from Sam's observation
about Redcurrant Red Lake, based on my experience here in the UK a
cultivar called Red Poll is worth seeking out. I have posted a picture of the
berries
at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/8272033@N08/641204057/in/photostream/ Stanza
is also worth growing.
