We just had a disappointing suprise with the quarts of apple juice my wife
made with our champion juicer.
When fresh it came out nector like, nearly as thick as apricot nector, very
fragrant and satisfying.
She then froze it in pint containers.
We just defrosted the first pint and it had all seprerated - a bit like
curds and whey. Becoming a rather insipid thin liquid with flakes floating
around in it.
Can apple juice be frozen sucesfully?
Any ideas on how to save this batch?
