I had about that many back around 2002. I made stewed tomatoes, paste,
spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, salsa, juice, and dried some. Of course,
I also gave away some tomatoes. It lasted just over a year. Of course,
back then I had teenagers at home. It is the ONLY thing I have ever
grown and canned that served me a year. (well, I should add frozen
squash to the list)Usually, I can't grow enough, or had have weather
issues or something similar. Even after a decade on this ground, I
still haven't figured out how to grow enough beans, spinach, broccoli,
carrots, raddishes, etc. but I am working on it.

I do have 40 tomato plants, and thirty of them are expected to
produce 20 lbs per bush, which means, if I am lucky I will be
over-run with tomatoes.
